1. Introduction

This document outlines the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (referred to as the “Agreement”) between you, the user, and Ratio App (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement governs your use of the Ratio App for mobile devices. The name of the App may differ in various regions and may change without prior notification.

All documents and policies related to the App are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App. By doing so, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement, which becomes effective on the date of your first download, installation, or use of the App. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the App and delete it from your device.

2. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Updates will be reflected in the Agreement, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. User Eligibility

Users under 16 are not permitted to use the App.

You confirm that you meet these age requirements or have obtained the necessary consent, and you are fully capable of entering into this Agreement.

4. General Use

The Ratio App enhances your device’s functionality by allowing area scanning and exporting of scans in various formats. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which may be updated periodically. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you must stop using the App immediately.

6. End User License and User Content

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including source code, design, content, and trademarks, are owned by Ratio app and its partners. By using the App, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it according to this Agreement. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the App, but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content to provide and improve our services. This includes sublicensing rights to third-party service providers. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any third-party content included in your User Content.
